College life can be overwhelming, but finding balance doesn’t have to be. Our Meow Meditation: College Edition is designed to help students reduce stress, improve focus, and restore inner calm through feline-inspired mindfulness techniques. Whether you're preparing for exams, managing deadlines, or seeking a mental reset, this session offers a relaxing, in-person experience tailored for student wellness.  

Session Highlights:  

  • Purring Presence: A guided breathing technique using rhythmic purring sounds to relieve tension and promote relaxation.  (Live cats included!)
  • Mindful Study Break: A short meditation to reset your mind, enhance focus, and boost cognitive clarity.  
  • Stress Release Visualization: Guided imagery to let go of academic pressure and regain a sense of calm.  
  • Tea & Reflection: End with a warm herbal tea and light journaling to process emotions and set positive intentions.  
  • Location: 310 March Street

Student Rate: $10 per 30 minute session, $15 per 60 minute session
